In 1997 and 1998, Green & Associates developed the first and largest indoor live performance theater in Northern Michigan. To select an appropriate family style of entertainment which would appeal to all ages, we traveled the country to study dozens of professional productions and consulted theater experts in demographic feasibility, construction, stage, lighting, sound, and box office software management systems.

Located within the Mackinaw Crossings development, “Center Stage Theater” has 830 seats and debuted with the professional musical production "Lost in the Fifties".
