The landmark 1858 Lake View Hotel is the oldest continuously operated hotel on Mackinac Island and was completely restored in 1985. Lake View Hotel is a registered Michigan Historic Site.

Our condominium conversion project featured a "Vacation for Life" for the owners of Lake View's 85 rooms, along with a percentage of room revenue and equity potential through appreciating real estate values.
